1. Have you experienced a "wilderness season" as a Christian: a time of testing, uncertainty, or hardship? Looking back, how did God use that season to strengthen your faith?

2. Which of the four wilderness realities from this week's sermon do you find most challenging right now: trials and testing, daily dependence, doubts and distrust, or spiritual struggle? Why?

3.  What inspired or challenged you in the sermon this week?  What raised questions for you? 

1. Read 1 Corinthians 10:1–13. According to Paul, why were Israel's wilderness experiences recorded for believers today? What specific warnings and encouragements should Christians take from these chapters?

2.  Throughout Exodus 15–17, Israel repeatedly grumbles despite God's recent acts of redemption and provision. What do these episodes reveal about the nature of unbelief? How can we recognize similar patterns in our own hearts?

3. In 1 Corinthians 10:4, Paul says, "the Rock was Christ." How do the manna, the water from the rock, and God's victory over Amalek point us to Christ and His ongoing provision for believers during their wilderness journey?
