Youth White Water Rafting Trip

We are so excited about our annual whitewater rafting trip this summer, on Saturday, July 25th! This is always one of the highlights of the summer, and we are looking forward to an unforgettable day on the lower James Riveras we raft beneath the Richmond skyline. Our trip is booked through RVA Paddlesports, and each raft will be led by an experienced guide to ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure for everyone.

Trip Schedule:
Meet at the church building: 11:30am
Arrive at RVA Paddlesports: 2pm
Rafting trip begins: 2:30pm
Dinner stop in Richmond (Chick-fil-A) following the trip: 6pm
Return to the church building: approximately 8:30pm

Cost:
$50 per student for the rafting trip
Students should also bring money for dinner

What to Bring:
Towel
Sunscreen
Change of clothes
Sport sandals or secure water shoes (no flip-flops)
Modest swimwear

Please remember to eat lunch before arriving at the church, as we will not stop for lunch on the way to Richmond.
Please sign up by Tuesday, July 14th so that we can provide RVA Paddlesports with a final headcount. We are looking forward to a fun day of adventure, fellowship, and great memories together!
